Commemorating the 50th anniversary of Picasso’s (1881–1973) death, the Skulpturensammlung und Museum für Byzantinische Kunst (Sculpture Collection and Museum of Byzantine Art) has invited the Museum Berggruen to participate in a special presentation at the Bode-Museum. Within this context, a selection of Picasso’s works from the Museum Berggruen enters into dialogue at the Bode-Museum with 14th-to-18th-century Spanish artworks.
