The Gallery Association of Berlin (lvbg) represents art galleries in Berlin culturally and economically, supporting the sustainable development of Berlin as an internationally recognized center for the arts. The association is active in numerous committees of state sponsored institutions for art and culture and cultivates networking activities among many associates in the arts. 

The LVBG regularly informs about exhibition programs, events and art fair activities in Berlin and region, and offers a multifaceted platform for members and individuals interested in, i.e. guided art walks and participation in international art fairs. 

Members of the Gallery Association of Berlin (lvbg) guarantee a continuous representation and dealing of 20th and 21st Century art and operate by the standard guidelines of the Federation of European Art Galleries Association (F.E.A.G.A.). Further they foster and market artists alive through exhibitions, publications and public relations.
